9. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds for Courses

  • 1. Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the content. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided
  • 2. You will allow 48 hours for us to review and accept or decline your refund request
  • 3. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request has been approved
  • 4. Duplicate payment: Refund of any duplicate payment will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the student

10. User ID and Password

By entering into this Agreement, You acknowledge and agree that Your user ID and password (“Account”) is for Your exclusive use only. Use or sharing of Your Participant Account with another user is not permitted and is cause for immediate blocking of Your access to the Website, the Services and the Content, the Courseware, and termination of this Agreement. You agree that You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Participant Account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to immediately notify us at support@vybex.com if You become aware of or have reason to believe that there is any unauthorized use of Your Account. You also agree to take all reasonable steps to stop such unauthorized use and to cooperate with Us in any investigation of such unauthorized uses. We shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of Your Account due to the activities of any third party outside of our control or due to Your failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of Your Account.

11. Content and Course Materials

As a part of our Services offered through our Website, We shall grant you access to our content, course material, practice tests, and other information, documents, and data which may be in audio, video, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any machine-readable format. We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the Content and Course material offered to You. In the event such an amendment, revision or updation occurs, We may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware.

12. General Operating Rights

  • 1. The School may modify, terminate, or refuse to provide its services and products at any time for any reason, without notice
  • 2. The School may remove anyone from the platform at any time for any reason, solely in its discretion. This right is not modified by any other section of these Terms
  • 3. The School reserves the right to access Your account, school, and User Content in order to respond to requests for technical support, to maintain the safety and security of the School, and for other legitimate business purposes, as necessary, at its discretion
  • 4. The School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or alter its refund policy, at its sole discretion
  • 5. The School has, in its sole discretion, an absolute right to modify, change, alter, suspend, or terminate any provision of these Terms without warning at any time
